This piece uses acrylic paints, gold leaf, mica, real eggshells covered in resin to create a nest feeling. The eggshells were colored using cyanotype with gold leaf to create a Kintsugi style pattern on the inside. Real mica pieces over gold leaf make up the outer part of the nest. The circle floats inside a gold leaf circular frame.
